Description
The Mike Flight Case is constructed using high-quality birch plywood panels with a cultured thermoplastic overlay. This material is known for its strength and rigidity, offering excellent impact and crock resistance. The surface of the plywood is easy to fix and cut, and it features a slightly structured overlay to enhance wear and scratch resistance. Additionally, the surface is easy to clean with water and standard detergents. Despite its high surface quality, it is somewhat susceptible to scratches due to its softer appearance. The base plywood consists of cross-bonded 1.4 mm thick birch veneers, bonded with weather and boil-resistant phenol formaldehyde adhesive.
